Krisna Zawaduk, British Columbia
Krisna has studied Iyengar yoga since 1996 and began teaching in 2001. She has been to India several times for month long studies with the Iyengar family and has done numerous intensives, workshops and teacher trainings with national and international senior Iyengar teachers over the years. Krisna conducts regular classes as well as Iyengar yoga teacher training and is an assessor for IYAC. Her teaching style is dynamic and intuitive with a focus on developing intelligence in the body and peace in the mind.
